By confirming your booking, you agree to the following terms on behalf of yourself and your guests.
Reservations & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of £60 is required to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance is payable on arrival.
Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to arrival will not incur further charges beyond the deposit.
For cancellations made within 48 hours, the full stay will be charged unless we are able to rebook the room.
In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged
We will always do our best to re-let your room where possible.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in: Between 4:00pm and 8:00pm
If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please arrange this with us in advance so we can welcome you properly.
Check-out: By 11:00am
We kindly ask that this time is respected to allow us to prepare for incoming guests.
Identification
For the comfort and security of all guests, we require valid photo identification prior to arrival.
We reserve the right to decline check-in if this is not provided.
House Guidelines
Our home is a place of calm, rest, and respect. We kindly ask all guests to honour the following:
No pets
No candles, incense, or naked flames
No smoking within the property
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight
Care of the Space
We take great care in creating a beautiful and considered environment for our guests.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. We reserve the right to charge the cost of repair or replacement to the card provided at booking, or to invoice where necessary.
We will always communicate transparently and provide details before any charge is made.
Guest Conduct
We ask that all guests behave with consideration for others and for the space.
We reserve the right to end a stay without refund if behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
Our Discretion
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where these terms are not respected.
Privacy
Your personal information will be handled with care and in accordance with UK data protection laws, and used solely for the purpose of your stay.
